Hey Guys,<br><br>I just took a look at the snails web-site http://ce.syntact.fi/snails/ and I wanted to let u know something. I know most of us in here are smart enough to figure this out, but I'm pointing it out for those who don't. In the section "Download the Demo Version". The description after MIPS PocketPC says except for E500. This should be E200 as the EM500 is a MIPS PPC, this change also should be made to the ARM PocketPC section.<br><br>Just thought I'd let u know, and as soon as my unit comes back from the shop, I'm gonna give this game a whirl.Last modification: Solarix - 12/25/01 at 14:56:17

Yes, we knew but thanks for pointing it out to those that didn't <br><br>It will be fixed, along with the entire website update and the NEW SPECIAL DEMO, in about 30 minutes or so. <br><br>Thanks.

A special Christmas demo of Snails is now available from the Snails website<br>(http://ce.syntact.fi/snails/). The demo includes three levels, two of which<br>follow a Christmas theme and include special Christmas tunes and<br>backgrounds. Download it ASAP because it is planned to be withdrawn on<br>January 4th!<br><br>A number of improvements have been made to the game:<br><br>• An options menu has been added (sound effects, music, number of snails,<br>snail bouncing, time limits and auto pausing between turns)<br>• Time limit adjustable: 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds<br>• Number of snails per team can be altered (between 1 and 6)<br>• Left and right handed portrait mode<br><br>What's more, the game now includes information on, and pictures of, all the<br>other levels you'll be able to enjoy in the registered version following its<br>release. I went to the link and I dont see any special christmas snails demo there.

um, we only have one demo available at any time. So the previous demo was replaced by the Holidays version. There are so many new graphics, options and two new maps involved, so it didn't make much sense to provide it as a patch.

This is getting frustrating. Theres no Jornada 525 version out yet I can never find any good games for it (besides iGolf) which i bought the full version for (hint hint) Anyway, please make a version for the 525. Some of my friends at school who has the 525 are willing to pay for the full version, as am I. Your looking at a $100 dollar loss (if it retails at $10) and more cause this is going to blow away the 525 community

Well i got to downloading the Christmas version (Got discouraged cause it said Jornada 54x) anyway all i gotta say is it rox! It works and runs flawlessly on the 525. One prob is the colors are all outta whack. I could help you fix that in the near future because im doing ok at programming for it. This is the only game that runs without pauses on 525 (except for AI pauses which i can put up with) Keep up the good work!
