Marijuana (or more specifically, cannabinoids) is not speed, not even related to the amphetamine family in fact. And ritalin et all increase concentration, however they all also cause hyperactivity(though interestingly not in those with ADHD).
On topic:
I'm willing to bet that the sh3 is overclockable...I also am willing to bet that how to do so will never come out. So if you want to have some fun reading sh3 tech docs, you may be able to figure it out.
