I am also a be-300 user, known as babs on the metaboo forum, and greywolf is completely right. The be can easily switch gui, making it the most customizable handheld ever. That is something that kicks PPC's ass. As far as the games, you guys are relying on other developers to get them, we work to get them, it's more of an accomplishment. Also, I am prowd to inform you that I have started negociations with developers of certain windows games, to start work on Be 300 exclusive games. That's right, we will have awesome games that you will have to work for. Be-300 kicks butt.

Yeah the BE-300 is cool, but Pocket PCs are totally different. Why are you fighting? Use Palms, BE-300s, Pocket PCs, HPCs, or whatever floats your boat, but fighting over which is best, is stupid. They all have their ups and downs.

I being a cheapskate owner of an HP Jornada 525 can fully sympathize with BE 300 owners' joy of such things. But honestly, just because they paid a third of what you did, doesn't mean that they and their devices need to disrespected so much. I myself paid $150 for my device, and I don't even want to start on which is better; I don't care and that's not the point. It is completely useless and petty to feud over whose device is better; frankly this thread has no reason for existence. I mean, its not like Trae is defending a Palm or anything.

Yet another case of a person who is one of the few to own a certain device who wants to be vindicated in his/her decision. We all make decisions in our life, for some reason I don't need to go around gloating when I believe one I made was correct (extra stress on the believe).

Oh and I love how people who bought one of these BE300(never heard of one till today) believe that they are great pioneers too!

A device for every individual i say. Want power? Get a top of the line PPC. Want simplicity? Get a Palm. Want to tinker with some hardware? Get a BE-300. In my case, if your broke, get a Jornada. Im happy with my 525. Oh, boohoo, i can't play Tomb Raider. That game is crap anyway. Worms, old lucasarts games, NES games, thats the stuff
