FPSEce 0.9 is out!

Well it is zipping...albeit SUPER SLOW. So we will see how big the GTA file is after the zip. Anyone know where it will put the Z file when its done? Also dont I have to copy two files to my PPC?

In the same directory where your ISO is, it creates two files - One .z and one .table - with the same name as the original ISO, both of which need to be copied over (the table file is only a couple of KBs)

Just create a folder named 'isos' on your storage card, and put the .Z compressed files in it.

Some games go back grom 450mb to 30-60mb with the Z compression, but that depends on how much movie/music files are on it.

GTA still compressing...seems to be at about 60% now. Been doing this for 7 hours now. Cant wait to try it.

i compressed the iso of dead or alive to a .z file, its about 40MB
i got ppc 2002 installed, and about 18MB free of memory, on my ipaq 3630
when i run the game using the interpreter i get a black screen and then i get the fpse logo and it crashes.

any idea what to do?
