I had a m505 which I enjoyed as an organizer. Mainly for contacts. It stopped syncing out of nowhere and it wasn't because I dropped it or the contacts were dirty. I replaced the cradle and everything. It turns out it is a common problem for the m500 series serial connection to just die! 200 more dollars I have an ipaq which has sound issues. The 3765. It looks like I will be upgrading to a more expensive but no neccisarily more capable unit to solve a problem cause by manufacture defect! What happened to the days of testing you product?????
