You said it was better, you kept showing us fucking ugly ass today screens that I don't fucking want, and then a game and an OS "in development" that has existed on a PPC for years. I don't fucking want an animated today screen, it gets in the way of the function. And wow, you have tasks, under development? Incredible! Our device actually CAME with tasks. Your thread is a fucking waste of space and you are a fucking idiot. Just cuz daddy gave his little 12 year old $300 to waste on something he's prouder of than his dick, doesn't mean you have to come here and try to enlighten all us "closed-minded" PPC jerks on how your piece of shit that has an animated today screen and is currently trying to catch up to a PPC is so far superior. Edit: and don't fucking compare it to a really old device when our PPC's are already two generations better. Your BE300 sucks ass, admit it. It blows a three year old (or something) PPC away in ANIMATED TODAY SCREENS!

You remember what fun is right?

Our lot have not been accepted well in the PDA world. We have been joked about, talked down too, told we wasted our money. In fact way back when, during the Brighthand days, alot of PPC folk ( mainly users) , were outraged we were included in the PPC forum.

So over time we have come to accept the fact that we are the black sheep of the PDA Family.

So what a better way to draw out attention then to make a bold statment like we are better or something along them lines.

It was funny back when the Animated Today screen hit PPC, we were told " You guys don't have a flash player or animation or a today screen! Talk to us when you do"

Every step along the way we have seen things that are done on the PPC and either matched or in this case ( Animated Today ), surpassed what is available. And still we hear oh it's just not true.

Like I said in fact the BE 300 is for sure a Palm Killer , but not a PPC beater.
No IR Port
No Speaker
No MS Office apps
No MS Money app
No voice record ability
No reflective screen

I could go on, Just remember when you see a post like that consider the source.

ahhhh....
But go easy on him, he's just excited about his PocketOrganizer and what he's found to download for it, pfft. He should learn how to program his own stuff, then that would be many times more interesting. I'm sure someone like Dan East or most any other developer on PocketMatrix could do wonders for the BE300... but there's no point. about 7 people own those devices and MIPS has died like a bad case of Saturdaynight Fever, it's not coming back. There's no point in developing for it, the processor, any longer. No developer will work on the BE300. They're time is much better spent optimizing for XScale devices or developing Need for Speed.

PocketScumm now works a bit for the BE-300 i believe. I was mainly detracted from the BE-300 by its lack of games (Snails in particular )
