So how will teh PXA255 perform in games?

Computer speeds aren't proportional... besides, there's more than the processor that contributes to the speed.

And expect the new PXA255 PPC's to have PC100/133... that's what I'm expecting.

? But whoever gets to try the new PXA255 (eg e755) get a SD or CF card and run PocketSNES and Quake..

if we do then no one will buy toshiba. if they get the ati imageon 3200, it has high API performance which will enhance games.

That's PR BS. There was the same hype about the e740, Imageon, and XScale, and look how that turned out?

Anyone remember "30FPS in Quake1, full speed SNES emulation?"

At least If I'M remembering right.

The e740 is still a very popular device. Not everyone plays games! If your looking for video, then you can't get anything better either.
