Will the new PPCs with the PXA255 chip, have support for 200 mhz memory, or actually have new memory running at 200 mhz?

Cause for desktops usually the initial motherboards support higher bus frequencies, but it is only till later that memory is released that can run at the higher frequencies. Is this the same for PPC?

The new Toshiba (forget what model) was reviewed a while ago and is no faster than the old ones. So something is holding the speed back (I think it's slow memory).
