500mhz overclocking

I saw this 500mhz overclocking software for 400mhz devices and I didn't remeber the name. I wanted to have my friend try it out. Thanks a link will help.

SpeedStepper allows OC/ing... google for that.

So does XCPUScalar, which I prefer, although it's not free.
