Problem with my new 3955

My new 3955 doesn't seem to respond as quickly as it should. Often, when I turn it on, I have to wait 10-20 seconds before I can do simple things like opening notes. Sometimes, even when it has been on, notes takes forever to open. The problem is not completely limited to notes however, as Pocket Excel has similar issues. I have tried a hard reset, but am still having this problem. I am waiting till Monday to call tech support on it.
Any ideas?

How much ram do you have in program? I would swich it to at lest 20 mb in program.
- Also you might want to change your sig now

I get similar problems on my 3955 if I have too many programs open. So try closing any backround programs using the itask button.

He said he reset the device many times, and even a hard reset.
