To the first post, how old are you? "MY MOM SAYS STEALING IS OK". What a crock. Computer games/software are definatly not a staple in life, if you cant afford them, you dont need them.

James, I don’t think your entirely correct. Hydrogen is the easiest fuel we can come by.

All you have to do is electrolysis on water, and wala hydrogen. The only real problem is the electricity, but we have many ways to get that for free such as solar electricity.

What they are trying to do with fuel cells is create electricity from the gas right off the bat while being safe enough to handle. While this is expensive now, it should quickly come into an affordable price range.

I don’t think though you will be making hydrogen in your backyard since its one of the most volatile gases and you would end up killing yourself, so you will have to pay someone for it.

Gasoline started as a nickle. Hydrogen starts at a 100 nickles. Inflation was not 100,000% over the last century.

But regardless, the power to volume ratio of hydrogen is significantly less than fossile fuels. I just personally think hydrogen is a very bad idea in general.
