iPaq h1940 + Socket Com SDIO WiFi

Has anyone seen that SDIO card for sale anywhere yet?
Currently I have an h1915 but I don't have much hope of ever getting WiFi for it. Although if the documentation for that card was released writing a device driver would be possible.
