Axim button configurations

When I play any sort of shootemup games like metalion on my axim like that the fire button is always configured on the right side of my dpad. So I have to move with my right hand, which is akward for me. Is there a way to change the button configuration so that the fire button can be on the left of the dpad?

You don't have to Ax me, you can Ax'im. Go buy Tower Mogul at http://www.esoftinteractive.com/ppc-tm.html its a great game.
