Notice the "your supposed to own the calc" part of your sentence. That means that your only allowed to have the rom if you actually own the device.

Damian, I have VTI and my old copy of my rom update (OS209.89u) and have not been able to make it work. It just doesn't give me an option to open that file as a rom. What do I do? Yes I'm doing this legally.
