X5 programs quitting without advice!

Finally I got my Dell axim X5 Basic, and installed a few pieces of software such as

Sim City
Kursk
Leo flight sim
and others. (also pockettv)

Many of them, when started, without any advice, just quit and return me to the previous screen.

WHY?

1)Do you have enough program memory free? 2)Are they the correct versions for your axim i.e arm/xscale wm 2003?

?

Dont know!

Sim city is the same auto-installing exe I was used to run on my EM505.

Leo flight sim, is the ARM version

Kursk is the only version I know

Can you make a list of games which are compatibles with XScale 255 and WM2k3?

PS 4 caesar: as soon as you can please mail me!

Making a list of compatible games for your device would be more work than any one volunteer would do. (And a very unreasonable request I might add.) You are asking a lot from Caesar but if he wants to do that he can. There are hundreds and hundreds of games and sometimes there's no telling if they'll work or not without trying them on the Pocket PC yourself.

But! More than likely a program will work. There are always exceptions and some things not compiled for 2k3 may not work properly. But in general, you should just assume everything will work because theoretically it should. And if it doesn't, search some X5 forums to see if someone else has that problem or post. I believe there is a Dell Axim user website created by the community.

i've never had that problem you're talking about, but i have an x5 advance... maybe you should talk to dell though, if it's a recurring problem like that.

Thank to everybody but I think that all these problems were related to WM2003.

I just installed new games such as gangsta race and others and they DO work without problems.

I dont have quitting problems anymo....
