I've got an Asus MyPal 620

Pros: Superb device, much faster than my old Ipaq and being a gaming nut now means i can play Genesis/GBA/SNES and MAME games full speed mostly.

Cons: Slight button lag at times but not often

Toshiba e755
Pros: It has built in wifi, it only cost me $350, it has a nice 3.8" screen, fast 400MHz processor, and probably most important to me is that it has dual slots (CF I/II and SD)
Cons: It isn't as confortable to hold or as small as the iPaq 2215
Age: < 3 months

I've got a Toshiba E310. Hopefully Santa is going to bring me something a little better for Christmas, or at least something that you can upgrade.
