Yes, but not with the default Explorer. You must use a file explorer like [url=resco.com]Resco Explorer[/url]. Others might be able to hide files, too. Try (free) or , but I don't have them, so I don't know...
In Resco Explorer, it is done so: Tap and hold on the file or folder, select properties and check Hidden. Just like on normal PC.
