IIRC it has 32MB more ROM, you can put data there.

What data would I add to ROM tho? What is the advantage extactly? I thought ROM contained the OS and basic PPC apps only?
I don't think I need bluetooth for my interests: mainly multimedia, gaming, ebooks and basic PIM stuff.
I need to decide soon, I want to do get that new Proportable deal for $300. Thanks.

Paul,
That’s right. For right now it's only a PM deal we're doing, so I'm not changing the site yet. I'll adjust the order when it comes in. We're still trying to get our new site up and running, one problem with the current site is that coupons never seemed to work right.
Sincerely,

PS: The a620 is a good deal by itself..... The BT is going to add bluetooth (if you don't know what bluetooth is or know you'll never make use of it in the next year, i'd forget about it) The other thing is it's got more ROM space which could come in handy. If it's worth an extra $60, thats for you to determine. If you're going to make use of both of those features, then it very well might, but if you're coming up $60 short, you can't go wrong with the a620.

Thanks proportable. I do know what bluetooth is, but realistically I don't need it for my uses.
One more Q - would the A620's sold now include that update to fix the speaker noise problem I read about on the forum? I think it's ones made after october or something include the fix, or so I read.
