Is it possible to sync files that are not in my documents? What I'm trying to do is have my PPC sync overnight, so when a movie file has finished compressing (or any other file finishes some long process), it will move to my Storage Card rather than my RAM.

And no, I don't have a CF Card Reader/Writer.

Is there any possible way of doing this through ActiveSync?

In the Active Sync, Options-Sync Options, Select the "Files" Folder and then select the files/folder to sync. You will see a folder on your desktop which will sync with the Pocket PC
