Yeah! there are lots of them available, you can even check at Download.com, but they might not work fully till you buy the license.

All iPAQ PocketPCs have built-in Consumer IR and IRda, along with Nevo universal remote software. Have to get third-party software for other PPCs though.

I can get regular remote range with my h2215 (about 10-15 meters) and do so consistently. I can sometimes get over 20 meters. I think that the iPAQs are designed to have a more powerful IR emitter to use Nevo more effectively.

Ya know what, Jello? It's funny you mention it, because thats almost what I'm trying to do :roll: I have an Ipaq, and I know what u mean about the IR, but I never heard of using before. I have to download a remote control program right? I only tried one so far, and whenever I pressed channel up, the screen would burn out, and in panic, I would turn it off and on. :( At least nothing disastrous happened.
