how do i install it? i made a bios and isos file, i have the bio file in the bios folder. when i try to click on the shortcut, it does nothing. help please.

You mean fpse or fpsece, I mean, the emulator for PC or the one for Pocket PC? In any case, you can't "make" a bios file, you have to get one of the original PSX bios files, don't ask me where.

Also, for PC, I suggest that you use epsxe, it works better imho
