What games are you playing? Here's a list of games that I am interested in. If you (or anyone) has tried them on the a620(bt), tell me how they run:
-Super Mario World
-Donkey Kong Country (1,2,3)
-Yoshi's Island
-Mario Kart

Feel free to comment on other games as well

By the way I appologize for turning this into another Asus post. I've started too many new threads lately (some people get pissed about that), and I really am trying to get feedback about emulation capabilities.

RChickenMan, Donkey Kong 1/2/3 run fine on my A620BT. Without sound they run really well, with sound I think it's a bit slow (I mostly played DK3).
Yoshi's Island's menu runs a bit slow, just like the game (can't remember if I tested it with or without sound though). I didn't test the other 2 games :).

One question for you, I am currently looking for another PPC (one for my little brother so we can multiplayer and stuff like that ;)). I don't need a very powerfull one, just a simple and nice looking one capable of running games like Warfare Inc., snails, etc. and it also has to support BT and/or WiFi. Now my question is; Does the 1910/1915 support BT/WiFi? Because I've heard something about the device not being able to use it or something.

Thanks in advance!

No, unfortionatly there is no possibility of Wi-Fi or BT on the h1910 (one of the reasons I got rid of it). This is due to a lack of SDIO (Secure Digital Input/Output) which allows you to use peripherals (such as bt/wi-fi cards) other than memory cards in the SD slot. However, you bring up the h1915. From what I have heard, this model is the same exact thing as the 1910, but it DOES have SDIO. Unfortionatly, it is not available in the united states (I know this for sure) and I have no idea what the availability of it elsewhere is. If you can find the h1915 and it does indeed support SDIO, you will be able to have wireless connectivity, that is, assuming there are wireless SD cards. Once again, I have no freaking clue.

Aside from the wireless stuff, the h1910 is an EXCELLENT device which can run NES at full speed with sound, easily play divx movies, has an amazing form factor, great screen, good controls.... the list goes on.

HP has them relatively cheap refurbished, $240. Of course, I got my a620bt for $250, so I guess it isnt too great. But, it's an option. Go to www.shopping.hp.com and look around the outlet section.[/url]
