Screensaver? Isn't it easier just to TURN OFF the ppc?

I've looked endlessly for a couple of programs that would be beneficial to me on my pocket pc, but have had no luck finding them or any mention of their developement. I would hope I could develop these myself, but I don't know nuthin.<br><br>1. A Recycle Bin - The ability to send items to a recycle bin instead of deleting them right away. Then you can recover lost files even after activsyncing.<br><br><br>3. I love how that tgetfile.dll thing from Tillanosoft enhances the file explorer when opening files  (only supported in his programs and a few others) and saving. I wish there was that support with the File Explorer that comes with the pocket pc.<br><br>

no no screensavers are cool you know? I leave my ipaq on all the time when it's on the cradle, so it can sync continuously.

It allows you to open files from other places than My Documents.

But it makes navigating easier, it adds the go to a higher directory button and lets you view files in list form. Like explorer in windows. It makes life easier, in most programs in the open dialogue box, you can't go higher then the My Documents folder.

Is it like a plug-in for the PocketPC that lets all programs look higher than \My Documents ?

Ahhhh. That's just a replacement or extension of the Pocket PC File Dialog which is crippled be default to enforce Microsoft's desire that the user only access files in the My Documents directory from within applications.<br><br>Dan East

Um, you can access any part of the Pocket PC filesystem from inside the lame, built-in file explorer.<br><br>Dan East
