Is it the faq just said mid october, it didnt mention anywhere that it was acually shipping right now.

It's shipping, I called Compaq myself and verified it. The FAQ's say mid-october, or upon release from Microsoft, which has been released.

Thats pretty retarted my ipaq has made HATE compaq. I was gonna buy a compaq laptop but forget it compaq sucks.

I don't know about their machines, but their customer relations suck major.

The only thing i have to say about there support is there stupid but it works to my advantage. These compaq reps have no idea what there talking about and each problem ends up with me sending my ipaq back and getting a new one im on my 4th ready for my 5th one.(I bought my ipaq last spring) The cool deal is, i get dust under my screen i get a new one. I get scratches on the screen, i bitch about the dust and get a new one, and so on it goes. I just wish i could buy ipaq screens and do it myself, I really hate always sending my ppc back.

What's the turnaround time? A few days from when you send it? Do they ship you a box to send it?
