Palm devices (m505) are better than PocketPCs!!!!!

Palm devices (m505) are better than PocketPCs!!!!!

Postby Yagger » Aug 19, 2001 @ 1:49pm

Hello,

If you want to buy a mobile computer, you should take a Palm m505 instead of an IPaq! The Compaq IPaq is the best PocketPC on the market, but a very, very bad mobile computer!!! Palm devices are better than PocketPCs because:

- There are thounds Progs for the very fast PalmOS!
- The devices are lighter!
- They need not so much energy!
- etc.!

A PocketPC is a mobile multimedia station! But not a workstation!! A PocketPC is good for Gamer and Newbies!

Yagger

____________________________________________
WinCE SUCKKKKKKKKZzzzzzzzz an PocketPCs SUCKKKKKKKKZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ya gotta lotta time on your hands if you are a Palm user going around finding websites and discussion forums dedicated to Pocket PC's; and in turn taking that opportunity to throw such brave remarks.

Hey, Wagger. Next time you may not want to use fewer exclamation marks, and not falling asleep when pushing the K and Z buttons.

And when stating how much better something else is for productivity purposes you should back it up with productivity facts, instead of propoganda, out-right lies, and "etc."'s

And again, fewer exclamation marks. It will make the few times in which you need an exclamation mark more forceful and interesting.

HEY! Mono iPAQs ROCK! At least, they've got a lot of very compelling strengths: battery life (couple hours playing Quake and I can still be at 75%), power (love that 206 MHz), and the black buttons match my sleeves and my Stowaway. Mmmmm... Stowaway...

I wonder why you guys bother in responding to him. It's just a stupid kid with too much time in his hands and he won't come back. Just leave the moron alone that he'll go to another forum and try the same thing.

I don't bash the monochrome's. But its too bad it takes a mono ipaq to change people's minds from getting a Palm to getting a PPC (at least in the case of the folks I know personally). But I guess I'm glad anyway that they went with a PPC...regardless of which one....versus going for a Visor or Handspring.

Ya, I don't bash monochrome devices either. They've got too much else to worry about.
