Sometimes it's something simple. Take a look in Options/Sync Options and see if the box for inbox syncing is checked.

See if there's a maximum number of letters you can have on your iPAQ, that could be it.

What email program are you using on your PC? I think that only Outlook is supported - not Outlook Express.

Dan East

I think Dan nailed it. It only syncs with MS Outlook. I don't like Outlook for mail, so I use Outlook Express for mail on the PC and Outlook on the iPAQ and PC as a PIM (I don't conect to the net with my iPAQ).

That acually may be my problem Outlook 2000 worked fine but i have upgraded to Office XP and of course Outlook XP. Does anyone else use Office XP? If so does your mail sync right?

I'm using Office XP and I sync with Active Sync 3.5 to my ipaq 3650 running Pocket PC 2002 build 2.14. No problems here.
