Hmmm

Turjah has gotten messed up. None of the keys work for it. I have a jornada 564 or whatever, the most recent one. Not even the power button works when Turjah is open. This is by far my favorite game, and I have tried everything except one option. How do I erase everything on my PocketPC and start over? hp backup is a joke. And what program out there actually works, like GoBack or something, where I can revert my PocketPC to the state it was in a while ago?

Thanks for the help.

What did you do to get it this way?

Well, I installed CECraft Young Paladin Pinball. Turjah worked before I installed that game, now it does not. I have since uninstalled the pinball game and Turjah won't work.

Did you try reinstalling Turjah?

Of course, multiple times, I've tried everything. I think I might just erase everything and start over. How would I do that?

Where's Paul when you need him?
Anyways, you'll have to do a hard reset. I have an iPAQ, so I don't know how you do that with the HP.
Sorry. :(

Sweeeeeeeeet, my Jornada has officially gone to hell. I need to find out how to do a hard reset, cuz the buttons don't work in almost all of my games and I'm getting lots of errors in programs. A caution to HP Jornada 56x users: do NOT download young paladin pinball.

There is an issue with the way certain programs call upon the joypad that locks it for other programs. The only fix is a hard reset (take the backup battery out, remove the standard battery and hold down the reset button for 5 seconds).

Brighthand had a thread on this a while back.

James
