Yes the ipaq has what your looking for the only problem is its attached to a blank sleeve wich means u cant use pc card sleeves or cf sleeves while using it. Here

http://www.compaq.com/products/handhelds/pocketpc/options/style_packs.html

^--First one on the page

But as i said before if the lack of exspansion is a problem the the silver slider V looks just like this but with a cf slot.

ok i think so....

robert you seem to know alot about them and it looks like you've been here awhile. do you think the 3700 ipaq is a good ppc? i dont really have the money for the 3800 which seems to be a newer design. but im sure the 3700 should suffice for me

Ok well i have no link to the silver slider V but its merely a cf sleeve made by someone else other than compaq that is thinner and has that lid included on it, i hope this clears some of your problems up.

As for the 3700 ya it kicks ass i wish i had one i have a 3650, although i think the 3700 has a 12bit screen just like the 36x series wich is ok but not as good as the 38x screen. i think your best bet for a good price is the @mig theres a link on the home page to it, it only has 32mb of ram but it makes up for it.
