Well, when we talk about movies, we are talking about basically any movie you want. If the movie is about 200mb, then we are probably talking about a full length movie.

Divx is a compression format for video, it allows us to make great looking movies with small size(mb).

They are played on the PocketPC using the PocketDivX player available at www.projectmayo.com

You can download some clips from our multimedia section to get an idea what it is like.

Have you seen any movies, like, in the theater in the last 50 years? They're usually 2 hours long or longer.

so where would one look to find ppc formated movies... I'd really rather not have to rip and crunch my own.

Downloading movies is like downloading commercial software: it's copyright infringement (also known as piracy...) and therefore illegal. And even if you did find movies to download, it's highly unlikely that they'll be perfectly encoded for your PPC.

Trust me, it's well worth encoding movies for yourself. It really isn't that complicated and there are plenty of tutorials and guides available on the net. You also get control over the resulting file and so can tweak it for your needs i.e make it fit on a CF card, increase volume if it's quiet, adjust brightness, remove the letterbox frame, split files to fit over several cards, etc. And if you use something like VirtualDub, once you've set it up for your needs, you can save your settings and you have to worry about it again!

BTW Shouldn't this be in the Multimedia section?
