Synchronizing and Exchanging

I have two questions for you Pocket PC experts.

I cant seem to synchronize my hotmail inbox into my jornada. On Microsoft outlook on my desktop, all the messages are on there, but it wont synchronize with my pocket pc. Whats wrong?

Secondly, If I wanted to exchange my Jornada in the future, say a Jornada 928, what would I have to do to exchange it? Thanks for your response

Make sure the 'Inbox' checkbox is checked in the options in ActiveSync. Also, are you definitely using Outlook? To my knowledge, Outlook Express can't be used for syncing.

What do you mean by 'exchange'? There is no way to upgrade to a new device, you just have to sell your old one and buy the new one. You could also try blagging it from the place you purchased it from but you probably wouldn't have much luck. By the way, as the 928 is a smartphone, it'll probably be also available with an airtime contract for a subsidised price, when its released.
