I'm not going to get sued or anything, so I am okay legally (if you look at reality). Morally, well, they offered it for free anyways and I qualified. What is wrong with that, if anything? If Compaq didn't want me to do this, they could've just charged money for the actual upgrade. Compaq should've just given you the option of downloading it so you could pocket your shipping fee. That still ticks me off.
