Get PocketDivx () and then just transfer the stuff over via ActiveSync (or a card reader of you've got one for your storage card, assuming that you're using a memory card :)).

If you want to watch movies that big, i'd suggest a 1gb microdrive that you can plug into your PC Card slot to transfer the stuff to

That's not the object of this post, I was asking if I can make files from my PC available for my PPC, since I can share the network :/

Doesn't PPC2K2 support networks built in? Although it hasn't worked for me yet.

at 700 mb you'll want to recode for ppc i would think, that is gonna be too high a bitrate for ppc.
i dont think you can get around a network without a network card, so you cant just do it from the cradle.

i'm not whether or not this is what you want to know...

You can try a pc drive....
and see if that works.Haven't tried it but makes your pc when linked into a big "cf card".

Hope it helps a little.

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for... But first, I must get 20 bucks and USB cable :] I will try it on RS232 with the trial version when my iPaq will be back from the service.

just to add some info. you will need to re encode your divx files, the ppc cant handel resolution scaleing nore can it do high bit rates. also sound quality needs to lowered alot. while 1gb drive is nice, 256 megs is enough for a movie+ and 128 is fine for a couple of 25 minute showes.
