PocketMatrix

I recently bought a new iPaq 3950, and had a little bit of a problem getting PocketDivX to work. I eventually got it working, but now the audio is not in sync with the video from a music vid I encoded. I checked to see if it was a problem in the encoding, but when I played that file back on my Desktop PC, the A/V were in perfect sync.

Any help would be appriciated.
