Toshiba e740 Wi-Fi problems

My Wi-fi on my Toshiba e740 works great at my church where they have a Linksys router on a regular DSL line. BUT, I cannot get it to work at my college. They use a combination of Novell and windows to log on and weird network settings I haven't seen anywhere else.
*My Toshiba says I have a full signal and finds the wireless switch but I cannot access the Net. It just comes up with an error about not finding the page.
The main reason I bought this thing was for the wireless integrated and I want to be able to use it at school.

Is there a software program I can use to make this work? I might need to log on to a domain that my school uses and can't find this anywhere on the PocketPC.
Thanks! :?

Ask your school's computer technician.

if the WLAN has good security, the access point will only allow clients with know MAC addresses. Ask your admin to include your toshiba's MAC address to the router's MAC address list
