Any tweaks I should know about?

Not really a "tweak" per se', but get ATI enhanced versions of programs. Can't remember the name of the 2d graphics accelerator on it, but programs like PocketDivx claim a big speed boost from the beta version that supports the ATI card. Ah, the Imageon, I remember now.

Where do I get ATI enhanced programs?

For some reason I feel my PPC is slow. But then again, Im using the onboard 64 memory, leaving aroud 15 mb for Ram.

Tomb Raider is slow, same with Doom.
Even racing days.

Is this normal?

Yup, and there are no ATI enhanced programs, except for a PocketDivX beta. Toshiba will release a ROM update SOMETIME... but Chris estimated that it would arive a month and a half ago.
