Ogg Vorbis VirtualDub Encoding/Playing with other players

I feel kinda stupid asking this, but how do I encode a Divx movie with VirtualDub using Ogg Vorbis audio? Some of you guys were talking about it in a few dead General PPC threads (don't feel like looking them up right now...) so I know it's possible, but I've yet to find a general codec or anything similar that lets me do so. Similarly, is there any way to just play .ogg files in WMP or something similar? I'm not really a big fan of Winamp or any of the other players that specifically have Ogg Vorbis plugins, and I'd like to use either WMP or Creative PlayCenter.
