Try $1,700! Tablet PCs ROCK!!!! WOO HOO! Ahh, everytime I think of walking around holding a TabletPC I get all tingly. It's JUST A SCREEN! It's SMALLER THAN A PIECE OF PAPER! It's THINNER THAN MY IPAQ! AHHH!!

Just wait until we get 1 TB of space on the CF cards. Its not that far away, if you think about it.

They're making 6GB MicroDrives, now. That's six times the data they had two years ago in the same amount of space. All because they sprinkled pixy dust on it to increase density.

There's not much difference between $1700 and $2000.

only if you're buying a $30,000 car. $300 is a lot of difference when you're talking about a $2,000 PC. If $300 was much of a difference then I'd get the total care 3 year warrant for 300, and then the 512MB's of SDRAM for $200. And the extra wireless access point for $400. And the larger hard drive for $200, and the docking station for $300... it adds up REALLY quickly.
