mm, ok, the v35 got 36MB RAM, instead 32 in the e310. V35 got larger battery life, got transreflective screen, no lag in buttons in the v35 (the dpad in the v35 seems to be very good)(e310 is not a good gamming device cuz of lag) and, the v35 is smaller and thinner by a little bit than the e310. Both have SDIO slot...
