The Pocket PC 2002 OS has the ability to access shared file resources, including the ability to map network drives. However MS did not include a method of turning on the drive mapping capability. There is a freeware application (can't think of its name offhand) that will let you map network drives. The mapped drives are then available to any file explorer / application on your Pocket PC.
Pocket PC does not have any printing capabilities, although I beleive that some (expensive) 3rd party solutions are available.

This will allow you to map network drives. I find the built-in file explorer's network access to be a bit clunky, because you have to completely switch to the network device, then completely switch back to your PPC, etc. Each time you switch back to the PPC's filesystem you are back at the root.
