Still don't understand why this is supposed to induce me to "respect" the BE-300.
All you have to compare this to is your other Mips device, the E-125. Big whoop. The only thing the e-125 EVER had was a superior screen. But now with the TFT screens becoming industry standard with the new PocketPCs, that minor edge is lost.
How about buying a real PocketPC? About a month ago, the Dell Axim had a discount reducing the total price to $175. So even the BE-300s edge of cheap pricing is quickly dwindling. Even now, the lowend Axim retails for $200 (300 mhz Xscale- for those that wanna hack it, it can probably be OC'ed to 400 Mhz)
Now then, if the BE-300 users REALLY want to impress me, how about them buying Dexplor in significant numbers. Its an excellent application. Or buying Countersheep, or Argentum in large droves?
