well, my pocket pc is only 200mhz, sam and max for example runs fine with uncompressed speech, won´t compression slow down simon?

should not be too noticeable (even if Simon is a bit slower because it uses another layer of emulation for the music)

mmh, i downloaded the tool (simon2mp3.exe) but it won´t work! recognizes the .voc file, says "command or filename not found" and then crashes (kernel error pops up) :-(

what went wrong?

thanks! i will try this, actually my cd version of simon1talkie refuses to work :-/ pocket scumm recognizes it as "simon 1 win" and because in reality it is (should be) the dos version of simon talkie, it refuses to work.

i tried this on desktop scummvm and my simon version crashes when selecting "simon 1 win" from the menu, selecting simon 1 dos talkie works fine (as expected).

so WHY is my simon talkie recognized as simon 1 win?? arisme? please?
