Uh, I see like three ways that I could convert it, but I can't get any of them started. I tried LAME, couldnt run it. Tried MAD, couldn't run it. I read the readme, but its not very specific. Like where to actually put LAME, or the extract util...

Can someone please help run me through this process? I would try some more, but I need some sleep.

if you're running Windows, you can try my converter shell, which should be easy to use

Its the CD version of Sam N Max. Well my .so3 size is 29.3 MB. Anybody else have anything different? Or can you put it up on Kazaa or something so i can see if it will work?

I fiddled with the Windows version around a bit, it loads a DOS Screen, goes full screen, and in the DOS window "Could not initialize C:\WINNT\SCUMMVM.ini"

I looked for that file, but there wasn't one there, could someone send me the file? thx
