Basically the way it worked for 2.04 and earlier was that people emailed me and asked for permission to use GapiDraw in one game, and I granted this given that people notified me before the game was released.

I cannot recall that I ever gave a "site-license" permission for GapiDraw 2.04. If I did that those who got it are simply lucky.. Perhaps it's a good thing I'm no longer in charge of the licensing...

GapiDraw 2.05 licensing was for one product only (whose product name you stated in the licensing request). If you had several products to be released you had to apply numerous times.
