GapiDraw, Embedded VC++ and Debug

I'm trying to use the debug option when running my program on the SmartPhone 2002 emulator. I get the following error:
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "gd201b.lib"
I've done a search for gd201b.lib but I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
