user input in GapiDraw

I am coding an application that connects to a server which renders 3D graphics and passes them to a PDA as a 2D image to be displayed. I'm using gapidraw on the PDA but i need to put in the address of the server.
Can anyone suggest a useful way of making a user interface to type in this kind of information? since i cant use the mfc dialog boxes with gapidraw.
