Do you have a dll with a smaller size ?
I mean: 300kb is too much for me.
I prefer the 100kb of the gapi 1.04.
I don't need some feature as the recording on png file, ...

If you use GapiDraw 2.05, the ARM version of the DLL is 256kb. While the size of the DLL might seem quite large, it will help your application in that memory overhead required to load images from file/resource/memory will be minimal.
