Problem with german special characters

Hi,

GapiDraw 2.x seems to have a problem with german special characters (Umlaute). I have created several bitmap fonts but the characters of interest chr(223); chr(252); chr(246); chr(228) etc.. are not displayed!

Any help is appreciated,
