Pocket PC 2002 SDK that came whith MS Embedded VC++.
In my installation it is in:
c:\Windows CE Tools\wce300\Pocket PC 2002\support\ActiveSync\windows ce applica
ion installation\code\cesetup\. Tail me if you have trouble.
