Newbie questions

Hi, I am newbie to Gapidraw. Up to now I have been developing for 'stupidphones' -as I guess that what you would call them . I am considering starting a new Gapidraw game or port an existing one. I am not sure what platform(s) I am targeting just yet. Before I plunging in and buying a device (or two) it would be great if someone could answer a few questions as I have hardly ever used a palm device.

1. After reading some previous posts getting a 'Tungsten T3' is a good starter device as it have a resizable screen, it that correct?

2. What are the ranges of speeds of devices you support.

3. Due to the lack of a joystick/keypad input on Palm devices how (if at all) would you received directional input for an action game. How is and what is the typical [Fire] key. Or if possible [Fire2]? (a double tap?)

4. Could you recommend a set of target devices?

5. How hard it is to have a Symbian version of the game from what I read in the help file it is the most alien of the platforms? Is it worth it?

Cheers,

So I guess you don't like answering newbie questions around here :(
If you are too busy to answer all the questions just answer one

Once more question:
6. Due to the way the licensing works I guess you can get away with buying a licence once the game is nearly finished?
