A few More OpenTrek Questions

I have managed to get the samples to compile. I uninstalled visual c++ 4.0 and Pocket PC 2003 SDK and installed the complete embedded visual tools 3.0.
However I would like to get opentrek working with Pocket PC 2003 and that requires me to compile the code using embedded c++ 4.0. Have you ever tryed doing this before. It seems to be having problems finding some of the header files. I have tried moving everything into the same folder etc and setting the Project Preprocessor settings accordingly, but have had no luck. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.
I would also appreciate an answer to the other questions in the post above, when you get a chance.
